Kenneth DeRiggi
Ken began his career in his family’s architectural millwork company, specializing in luxury residential homes. After earning a B.S. in Finance at Montclair State University, he expanded the business into the New York market and worked on high-profile projects including the Tribeca Grand Hotel, Soho Grand Hotel, and The Dalton School.
He brings a passion for mentorship, craftsmanship, and building strong teams to his leadership at CitiStructure.
Ravi Reddy
Ravi co-founded CitiStructure in March 2001. His experience spans major transit projects, corporate interiors, luxury residential construction, and real estate development throughout New York and New Jersey.
He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic/NYU, and a Certificate in Construction from NYU. Ravi is also actively involved in philanthropic organizations supporting children and education.
