Ravi Reddy
Ravi Reddy brings more than a 20 years of construction management and general contracting experience to CitiStructure for commercial, retail, residential, transportation and other highly specialized projects. Ravi is the main client contact throughout the construction process and oversees project managers and superintendents, architects and engineers, and estimators and projects controls among other staff. He has represented firms in a variety of industries as well as government agencies and non-profits. Ravi holds a Masters degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
Ken DeRiggi
Ken DeRiggi brings more than 25 years of experience in interior fit-out, general contracting, manufacturing and specialty subcontracting expertise to the firm. Ken began his development career at age 19 when he started a construction development company focused on luxury, single-family residential homes. He moved on as a partner in a manufacturing company of high-end architectural woodwork that included a 50,000 sf facility with 80 employees. Ken ran day-to-day operations and oversaw all aspects of the company including R&D, financial management and marketing. Ken has also been involved in various real estate ventures including land development in the New York Tri-State Area. He also acquired several large-scale warehouses where he increased the net value by generating higher income streams through renovation and efficient management. Ken holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Montclair State University. As a partner and Project Executive/Principal-in-Charge at CitiStructure, Ken oversees projects and ensures that Project Managers have all the resources they need to do the job.
