CitiStructure was retained to build out this $6 Million, 40,000sf office on two floors of 33 Maiden Lane in lower Manhattan for the Office of the General Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service. Working with the Architectural/Engineering firm of Jacobs, CitiStructure did complete interior demolition and high-end interior construction. Special features of the project included:
- High-density file rooms
- State-of-the-art security systems
- Sophisticated data and communications systems
The entire space was configured to maximize every square foot and consisted of extensive electrical work, carpentry and woodwork, installation of new flooring and lighting.
