CitiStructure was retained to manage the conversion of this existing 8-story, 97,000sf residential building to 96 condominiums. The building is located in the heart of historic landmark district of the neighborhood and is close to Central Park.
Several new additions were added to the building bringing it to a total of 135,000sf. The full-service luxury condominium features a 24-hour attended lobby, fitness room, children’s playroom, common courtyard, bike storage, and additional tenant storage. One of the major challenges of this project is working around the 14 existing tenants of the building.
