CitiStructure was the general contractor for the $5 million rehabilitation of this affordable housing development in Manhattan. The project involved the gut renovation of eight stacks of 6 apartments, 48 apartments in total. The tenants were temporarily relocated during the renovation of their apartment. The project also included all new plumbing, sanitary and electrical risers as well as service for these trades; new hot water heaters; new boilers; installation of a new roof; masonry restoration and waterproofing; and replacement of some windows.
