CitiStructure was retained to manage the conversion of this existing 8-story office building to condominiums. The building is located in desirable TriBeCa area of Manhattan, above the Chambers Street subway exit, one block away from City Hall and less than two blocks from the World Trade Center. The $16 Million project involved the addition of four new floors to the top of the existing building for a total of 12. The ground floor of the building remained retail space. The new 12 floor building has a total of 66,153 sf with two or three apartments per floor with the top two floors containing duplex apartments.
