CitiStructure was retained by Ryan Badertscher to build-out this $4 Million contemporary loft at Sullivan & Houston Streets in Manhattan. The project consisted of a reconfiguration of the 2,500sf residence that includes two bedrooms, an over-sized living room and dining room, a large study and a modern kitchen. Extensive electrical, HVAC, plumbing and finish work was required due to the reconfiguration of the space.
