Jacobs Engineering Offices

CitiStructure was retained by Jacobs Facilities (a subsidiary of Jacobs Engineering Group) to build-out their New York offices at 260 Madison Avenue.

The $1 Million project entailed a reconfiguration of the entire 15,000sf office as well as the construction of a new entrance lobby. The lobby was treated with special lighting and millwork done in CitiStructure’s own shops. The project had to be built with minimal disruption to existing office operations.

“We found through working with CitiStructure that their performance was superior to other contractors…In fact, we were so pleased with their work, their management team, and price performance that we decided to retain CitiStructure as General Contractor for the renovation work of our own New York City Offices.” – John Howell, AIA, Jacobs Facilities
