CitiStructure was retained to build-out the Bank of America branch at Third Avenue and 86th Street in Manhattan. The project involved extensive HVAC and mechanical system upgrades. Major equipment replacement was accomplished during regular banking operations. All chases were rerun thus requiring demolition of most walls and partitions within the branch. Much of this work had to be done during evenings and weekends and had to be staged and timed to place the bank back in operation for the next business day.
