Alpine, NJ
CitiStructure completed this $4 Million project two months ahead of schedule. The project has involved the construction of 12 new townhouses in Alpine, NJ, one of the wealthiest areas in New Jersey. Each 3-bedroom townhouse is approximately 2,000 sf on two floors. Since this was a new development, extensive clearing and grubbing and septic work was required as well as coordination with Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G), Jersey Power & Light (JP&L) and other utilities.
